The Design Condition shall be input in accordance with Tank Data Sheet and Code as minimum requirement,

1.3.6, 1.3.7 and 1.3.14 : this information is for Tank Vent Design
1.3.16 : It is usually applied for Floating Roof Design.
1.3.17 : Non permanent or moving load
             per API 650 Addendum 3 Par. 3.10.2.1 Live Load= 1.2 kPa
             per API 650 Addendum 4 Par. 3.2.1.d Live Load = 1 kPa
1.3.18 : Zone 0 = no need for earthquake design requirement.
1.3.20 : It depends on Tank Location with/with out snow load
